The Picture topic can only contain one picture at a time, so adding a new picture will replace the old one (you do not have to delete the old one first). You can also drag a picture onto the Picture topic, as long as the topic does not already contain one. The Delete link removes the current picture. There is no need to do an explicit Save after adding or deleting a picture, as the changes to this topic are saved automatically.
